Allie leads the associate program at Calÿsto overseeing the training, structure, and day-to-day development of our future stylists. She’s responsible for turning foundational skills into real behind the chair confidence, with a clear path for growth every step of the way.

Her approach is equal parts structure and accountability. Every associate is guided through a hands on learning experience that focuses on technical skill, client experience, and the habits it actually takes to build a sustainable career in this industry.
